Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM at Badgett Stadium in College Park, GA. We call it The Oval Office. Check our social pages for any weather or holiday changes.

Yes. We meet you where you are and build from there. Whether you are chasing age group records or getting back to the track for the first time in years, every workout can be scaled to your level. You will never be the only one starting over.

Bring running shoes, water, and a good attitude. A typical night moves through a warm up, dynamic stretching, drills, strides, the main workout, and a cooldown, with the purpose of each piece explained along the way. Come a few minutes early, introduce yourself, and we will get you plugged in.

Everything from short speed to the long run. Our Wednesday track work sharpens sprints and speed endurance, and builds the aerobic engine for road and distance. Masters track, road racing, or simply getting fit and staying fit, we build the plan around your goal

LAPS is led by Coach Cooper, an RRCA certified coach with more than 40 years of competitive running experience, from Washington, DC through college and into Masters track. You are training with someone who has lived the sport and studied how to keep athletes performing and healthy as they age.

Yes. Beyond the group sessions, we offer personalized coaching and consulting, in person and online, with custom training plans and ongoing support. This is where we dial the science in to your body, your schedule, and your race calendar

Absolutely. Remote athletes get fully custom plans, regular check ins, and the same attention as our local runners, delivered through our coaching platform. Distance is no obstacle to running strong
